Positions Overview
Tons of advanced greenfield projects are in the pipe as we grow like crazy (we have surpassed 1,000,000+ daily users in less than 4 years!). We are looking for artisans, craftsman or just plain passionate people to join the party here (permanent/direct hire) and play roles like QA Analyst, Test Engineer, Ruby on Rails Developer, Software Engineer, etc.
We have carefully built a highly diverse and high performance software development organization. You will emerge a much better developer or analyst in a few years. In this company software performance is more important than anything else. This is not a punch the clock and wait for a 3% annual raise job. This is a “let’s make it better than any other company in the world can” job.
Requirements:
- Experience working with TDD, BDD or Agile development environments.
- Background in open source web development.
- Experience maneuvering and contributing to a code base.
- An unbending desire to learn those things if you don’t know them now.
- Exposure to web technologies such as Ruby on Rails, or Java, JavaScript/JQuery/HTML /CSS/HTTP, Git, Cucumber, Watir, Rspec, Selenium, Capybara, etc.
